It's already awesome, and addresses a big hole in the RAF base ecosystem.

Absent a Jaguar, I'm flying Harriers out of it - hope that's ok! :)
 
Could we have a button to change the resident aircraft type, though I love Jaguars the upcoming Lightning would look nice there too, albeit an F.6.

But another request for Lightnings, that were resident when I did my ATC camp there in the early 70's.
As were the original Battle of Britain Flight (sat in a Hurricane!) and the ASR Sea Kings - all would be great additions :)

DCD have announced their Lightning is cancelled as someone else was already working on one, don't suppose you have heard any further details or who it might be?
All I've seen is the post on DCD's Facebook a month or so back, but he made a point of not divulging who it is, if its been formally announced then I missed the memo.

Happy to see a Jag base, though I'll cheekily "3rd" the request for a Lightning version if it's not too much trouble :)
 
Thanks for the comments guys. On the lightning front, I am just tidying up another lightning base a bit further north, so Colt will remain a Jag base from me.
 
As a teen that roamed the country Youth Hostelling on my bike with a camera - Colt will always be Jags, Binbrook Lightnings, Scampton and Waddo Vulcans, Marham Canberras and Victors and Wattisham and Coningsby Phantoms !!
