I see the yellow bars running across the screen on a regular basis too Dave. I put it down to slow load times when the site is being inundated with bots and skimmers. There is a horizontal scrolling bar at the top and the three vertical bars in the top right. I'm running Win 10 on a desktop with Firefox as my browser.

I'm on Edge. Windows 11 Pro.

That is some kind of loading bar but I am not sure if it is a forum software or browser function. My guess is it is browser because it is different across different browsers.

If you don't see it the reason is the page loaded too fast.

Mr.Zippy's (Charlie) screenshot on the other page looks like he is using the Chrome browser judging by the lower toolbar icons and it shows the orange line that travels across the top of the page and the three vertical lines in the top right corner that also animate. I use Firefox and see the exact same orange horizontal scrolling line and the three vertical lines so it may not be browser related unless both browsers are using the same imagery for slow loading issues.
