I have them for FS9 (8t & 10t), don't know if I can convert them to CFS2. They were made by this team:
Michael Garbers
Wolfram Beckert
Rolf-Uwe Hochmuth
Markus Senkbeil

the FS2002 Dornier Do-J II Wal (Grönland-Wal) v3 and the FS2004 Dornier Do-J II Wal (Grönland-Wal) & (10-t-wal) - both v4 can be downloaded from the archived site of the now defunct Garbers' flightxtreme page: https://web.archive.org/web/*/flightxtreme.com/files*

the previously archived project site of the Dornier Wal as a reference for the files above: https://web.archive.org/web/20041223065008/http://www.flightxtreme.com/wal/download.htm

believe FS2002 aircraft are generally quite compatible with CFS2, so the FS2002 Do-J II Wal v3 is recommended out of the box; the FS2004 Do-J II Wal v4 may need further FD fine tuning - so you may have to play around with air and cfg files for complete compatibility with CFS2

cheers!

I found not only a Dornier Do15 open canopy seaplane but also I found a Do16 closed cockpit, both are in civilian German liveries. I'll revise and pack them.

I researched a little and a found the FS2002 model was revamped for FS2020. The panels and textures are compatible. I also found the original and new teams that are evolved in the work to give the correct credits.

I did more planes, one Danish and a KNIL one...2026-04-19_16-00-38.png2026-04-19_16-03-09.png2026-04-19_16-13-25.png

This is an CFS2 update for the FS2002 model of the Wal, posted by the "Freeware Project Dornier Whale" in 2004. It features one open cabin Do-J model and one closed cabin Do16 model. There is four different civilian and six military liveries.

Pepe, I tried to convert the Do-J to CFS2, but didn't manage. Is there a possibility that you can do it? There is a dp.

Love the Aviolanda (KNIL) one! Flies ok in FS9.

hertzie.

Once began to create von Gronau's world trip 1932 as FS9 AI traffic. But it needed to added seaplane Afcads at all intermediate stations. At last I stopped in Hong Kong. This shows the Do-Wal approaching Seydisfjord. The little scenery ist part of Garbers' addon included in files metioned by wolfebee89. Some others are rather FS98 style and not quite suitable these days.
