I've heard about it - but still haven't a PC in about maybe 10 years now....so simming has been out of the question...Yep. Really liked that sim.
Not sure if you've seen the new Korean era sim extention of the IL-2 series.

Back then it seemed there was a new sim every few months... Not the case any more.Yep. Really liked that sim.

Not only that, but you could have 8 or 10 of them all loaded at the same time and still have room left on your hard drive. All you need was knowing how to make a boot disk to free up memory.Back then it seemed there was a new sim every few months... Not the case any more.
If I went past #30, BOBII was #56, right after #55 Falcon 4.0 Allied Force.What a list! I remember having 8, 10, 15, 16 and 28!
Talking of Rowan, who created Mig Alley, I was heavily involved in the re-development of another of their sims, Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory. The rights were bought out by A2A before they were even A2A and were known as 'Shockwave Productions' back then. I spent literally hours every evening trying to fix the broken multiplayer module along with a few other dedicated team members. The sim was an amazing standalone concept but the multiplayer side was badly porked partly because Microsoft abandoned the very flaky multiplayer module they put out when they realized it would never work and moved on. Unfortunately Rowan had jumped into the module in a big way and it was so deeply embedded into the core code that it proved impossible to use anything else.![]()
It's on there listed as B-17 II. Not sure why I have named that. And it was a great sim for the time. The only issue I had was all the mission surviving B-17s crashing while landing. What! No B-17 The Mighty Eighth? Granted not by Rowan but still at the time a darn good simulator

I also just realized I don't have B-17 the Mighty Eighth Redux listed. That bumps the list to 72.
