Scenery Modeling WIP

jdhaenens

Luddite in Training
In an effort to calm everyone down after Chuck's WIP Jet, I'm modeling some more mundane GA stuff. Three different Radar Towers, an animated oil pump and a fire training tower. I'm also working on a high-detail T- hanger. It occurred to me that one of the GA's around here is building more of them and I wanted to have the option of showing some "Under Construction" stuff as well.

They will probably all make it out to folks in a scenery library or two of some sort.

Ooh that radar is cool! There is one not too far from my house that I would love to add in.

Great work! :ernae:

Actually, the radar is already available. Search for ASR-9 at Avsim. The only thing new is the tall tower.

I guess I should have specified the doppler radar. :icon_lol:

At least that is what they look like... (and that is what I will use it for)

Looking awesome as usual, Jim! I like the idea of having buildings in various stages of construction. Seems like every airport I've been to in recent years has some project or another in the works.
