That looks like the payware Skysim Mirage III. A masterpiece of FSX modelling.

I fear Henry is out of the FS community - haven't seen him post here for a good while. Hope I'm wrong about that - he's done some fantastic work.

Yep, that's Mark Harper's Mirage III. Removed from Skysim but sadly not available from his own site. But a new one is being worked on but has been set on the back burner while he does some work for another developer. I think also that Henry said he had lost those textures with a hard drive crash before they could be finished and released. A real shame.
