How to Get ettico's Eurotargets to show up in mission builder

How can I get Get ettico's Eurotargets to show up in mission builder,

Jack

They'll show up. You just have to find them.

I've created runway entries for all of them so they'll show up as airfields in mission builder, but I'm afraid I omitted that from the package I sent you.

One way to find them is to load the layout files I included with the actual location box checked. MB will take you to the location and put down the layout on top of the GSL infrastructure. Delete the layout and you will see the GSL infrastructure under it.

I'll send some runway entries shortly. These have to be copy/pasted onto the end of your "airbases.dat" file in your cfs2/info folder - which will foul it up if you don't do it correctly. New runway entries have to be numbered sequentially, and the end of file marker has to remain in it's proper place at the end of the file. No extra spaces, and no missing spaces.

P.S. - I just checked. the runway entries should be in the package I sent.

Jack--are you really 13: that's great. have fun.

A more cheerful, knowledgeable, and pleasant young man you will not find. He pulled out Cody Coyote's handbook and went to work completely on his own. He knows a great deal about B-17s, B-24s, and airbases, seeing as how he lives so close to many of them.

In short, I think we've hooked another one. :icon_lol:

CFS2 - The Next Generation....???????

I completely agree with Rami & am also very impressed with this young lad .... (Jack looks & sounds like Harry Potter :icon_lol: )

However I suspect he might really be a 40+yr old midget ..... gotta wait and see if he lights up a cigar while opening a beer!

If CFS2 were around when I was 13 . . . . ! I would have been in heaven.

But I did have all sorts of model aircraft hanging from my bedroom ceiling.

enjoy it to the full, Jack.

(sorry, I don't have skype -- at least not yet, probably next year when if my son goes away to university.)

Models? Me too! I have just got my teeth into a 1:72 Revell He 111 today,

Jack

I had wonderful 1/36 scale, and I think even 1/24 scale fighters

But I was always so anxious to get them done that my quality was less than it should have been. I have only one left from those days, a beautiful Supermarine Seafire.

There is a warplane museum here in Hamilton, and we have several flying planes that come overhead from time to time--a Lancaster, a B-25, a PBY Catalina, and a Harvard are the to be seen from time to time.

all the best
