Aerosoft Support Forum Validation broken?

I don't want to sound offensive, but I am terribly frustrated in that when I signed up for membership in the Aerosoft Support Forums, I did not receive a validation email. I suspect there is something in that email that must be done in order to have priveleges to POST messages. It seems I have essentially no privileges, except to be able to log in.

I have used the "resend validation" ten or more times, but no validation emails has been received.

I get an error message anytime I try to POST or perform other functions. A box appears whenever that happens and within that box is a link to the administrator. Four messages describing the problem has been sent, with no response.

I have sent a PM to an Aeorosoft rep at this SOH FSX forum too.

I have been attempting to get validation since the day the Cat was released.

Hopefully someone at Aerosoft will see this and sort out my problem.

Since there is NO communication happening between Aerosoft and myself, I really feel isolated and without a way to get my message to them.

Has anyone tried to get membership successfully since the Cat was released?????
 
Jim, I'll point this post in the right direction and see if we can get this cleared up for you.
 
Yes, I registered after the Cat was released and have had no problems at all. I found the Aerosoft people very responsive...Is it a spam mail issue? Thats where my email verification ended up.

Hmmmm... checked my spam boxes but nothing from Aerosoft there. I had no difficulty receiving their Indianapolis and Catalina products.

Jim, there was an email send, but clearly it did not reach you. Of course by now I manually set your account to full member. Sorry for the problem and thanks to Nick for assisting.

Thank you so very much, Mathijs, for setting up my account as a full member and to Nick for his assistance.

I'm puzzled by why those emails never arrived. Perhaps bellsouth.net, an ATT network, or my antivirus software filtered out the messages.
