Tim's Newest

I already had that cab file in the gauges directory in FSX, still no show. There is something about this in his readme though.

Anybody knows how to increase ONLY the power of the afterburners ?
I would like to keep the engine power as it is, for "normal" flight, but increase dramatically the power of the afterburners in order to go above 100.000 feet altitude, to somehow simulate rocket engines or something like that...

I got over 63,000 and as high as 125,250ft. Im still snapping pics and taking video. Here is a pic at about 63,000ft.

Dl-ed it, gonna try it out tomorrow.
Already looks promising, from the pictures y'all upped.

Seems to be another great add on. Thanks Piglet! :applause::applause::applause:

I like the egor64 pics. Farewell escort to the boneyard?
P.S. Anyone know the significance behind the bushbabies written on the mapcase placards?
Just wondering how many movie geeks there are!

Yep, I have acceleration Roger, all very weird.

I'm seeing the same thing unfortunately. No gauges. At a quick glance it appears a lot of the gauges that the panel.cfg is calling aren't in the main \gauges\ directory but rather have been installed into the various aircrafts own panel directories instead.

A bushbaby is what Heywood Floyd's daughter asked her dad to bring her for her birthday, in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

That would be a cool restaurant, I'd go there! :ernae:

You know, it seemed like it was about time for another Piglet creation. :)

Wow, Tim, this is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful recreation of the ship.

I remember building a model of this when I was a kid -- the tail was removable to expose the rocket engines.

Really fun to fly! Did a takeoff at the Shuttle Landing Facility, failed the engines at 65K feet, and had to abort to the takeoff runway. Just made it back as somehow my speedbrakes got stuck on. <oops>\

Thanks once again, Tim, for your efforts!

Thanks Tim,

Great ship! Just took it up and flew her at high atmosphere. (Is there atmosphere at 150,000'? ).

Fun, wild, very well done VC. Awesome work man...

Bill
