I am currently planning a NEW user Group to be based in South Staffordshire UK.

Shouldnt the hole in the world be bigger, considering you just flew a airplane through it? Technically it should be ripped in half, unless you backed the plane into the world, then the rips would be on the inside.
 
:applause::applause: I glanced at it and thought it was the moon as its not colour - does it cost more to be in colour?
 
I've seen pictures of Dover and I've watched and enjoyed the movie Battle of Britain. :wavey:

Unfortunately, South Staffordshire is about as far from the sea as you can get in the UK without being, er, where I'm sitting actually!

I'm right within the catchment for this, but won't be joining. I see little point in getting together once a week or once a month to do something on a computer. Just not my cup of tea, sorry.

Quite a few points to answer here.....

Ignore the logo for the time being it was thrown together in a couple of mins purely as a suggestion and nothing more, and yes it was in colour but I changed it to a mix of Colour & B/W.

This new group is open to everyone no matter where you live, all are welcome. I have a hall arranged with more than enough space to cater for everyone. And if you live in Nth Staffs you are also welcome!

Being maried to a girl from Bournemouth was something I thought about, but seeing as we're trying to build relationships here I for one see no reason that this would affect you joining the group. You could always bring her along!

Finally, thanks Ian obviously a tea drinker, maybe a beer night might tempt you :icon29:

At this time we have the Sth West group, Bristol and Sherburn in Yorkshire. Catering for fs fans in and around the midlands would help bring the community closer together and be of interest to all local people who can't get along to the other user groups in the UK.

PS. I'll sort the logo out and arrange a beer night :ernae:
