Nope...

To quote Douglas from another thread in the CFS2 forum:

status at present is that fs2002/2004 and fsx are reinstalled and upto date ,the archive is reinstalled ,the upload routines are all up and running, there are files missing from cfs1,2,3 and il2 which i will start checking and reinstalling this week ,all zip files uploaded to soh were backedup offline so there should be none missing its just a question of sorting them out

It's still a work in progress. I believe that old archive location did change so when we're all done the links will be fixed.
