• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

ok with 4 planes i'm now tempted .... anyone willing to take some screens with the lowest settings? its all i'll be able to play at going by the system specs :isadizzy:

Your external and internal IP address has to be the same to run a server right now. This means NO ROUTER. I threw away my 30ft cat5 cable when I went wireless 10 damn years ago!!!!

I can't even set up a DMZ for serving. blahhhhhh.

The Soviets, umm Russians keep blowing me out of the sky on their server because of ping time. Now they're getting big heads because of the Yank that they pwn like a noob. :gameoff:

I am going to have to put in Rocky 4 to reaffirm Americas superiority. :ernae:

As for the question about US chain stores stocking it, here's my experience:

I called Best Buy, Target, and Walmart this weekend and none had ever heard of it. Gamestop said he understood there was interest in their chain picking it up, but the first stock deadline came and went so he was pretty sure they wouldnt be handling it.

Hmm...sucks...
 
A guy in Canada put ROF on his laptop and plugged it into his modem directly to create a server. Finally! I wish I had a second copy of the game so I could hook up my extra laptop as a server. This is ridiculous, they better patch soon. I can't believe that they didn't catch this during Beta? Like nobody in Beta had a computer behind a router, makes me wonder if this games was developed on Vodka. :kilroy:

Hope they hire a few Programmers in America to help them out. The game engine seems decent enough but the game appears to be just thrown together.
 
Yeah, the actual game is awesome, but apparently there's nobody on the team with any training in user interface design. Ugh.
