• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Junior Nation is slipping. It should be worth noting that Tony Stewart has recently overtaken Junior in merchandise sales. This is only the second time since 2000 that anyone other than an Earnhardt has been the top seller.

Can you hear the pins dropping?

Interesting comments on Wind Tunnel tonight by "DW" on what Jr. should do - one of which is drop his involvement in the Nationwide series so he can focus more on the Cup series....

I watched that for a change P. I know Dave, was with NASCAR when he started working for TBS. He's an all-around good guy.

Interested in hearing the discussion on the future of IRL with Robin too. Sounds like they're in dire straights really.

A point I made early this year.
Luckily we Aussies are doing a little better than expected.
(I don't think 5000 jobs lost per week out of a population around 20M+ is acceptable but ........ :kilroy: .......... it's better than most.)
Except for the Porsche Cup folding our other series are good, with two new 'street' circuits (Townsville and Homebush), a boost for the GT series courtesy of the demise of the PCC, and healthy fields in F3 and FF.
The V8 series have been forced to cut back on support staff, no more specialists in one area, 'multi-tasking is the go.
