Just Flight's New Constellation Video Posted

:jawdrop::jawdrop::jawdrop:If I had three heads (ugggh think of three times the drool)

Under £20 fantastic work Baz and the team:applause:

I'm excited for this one, though I worry a bit when they waste polygons on crew figures and only mention looks without advertising "authentic flight dynamics". But I surely do like it when they model gauges in 3d!

Ive been long waiting this one , I wonder , early advertising also mentioned the later L1049 series included , obvious this package is the early type , maybe a continuation and further models to be released building into one very intensive flight simulation aircraft , I hope ! :kilroy:
This one still has my Wallet saying ... I WANT IT ! , :icon_lol:
Lockheed Constellation , CONNIE's forever!

EDIT : One thing i did notice in the Video , the dihedral with the nose wheels appear to directly vertical rather than the 3-4 deg slant .

L749, L1049G and SuperG (optional radar noses and wingtanks), Military including EC121K all to come in more packs.

The nosewheels do have the correct 4 degree negative camber, I can assure you. They were pigs to animate...;>):engel016:

Flight dynamics by a certain well-known provider of same and tested and tweaked where necessary by ex-Connie crew and engineers.

Hi,
The L1049 will be part of an expansion pack that is still being developed for release later on

"authentic flight dynamics". Is this the most abused and meaningless term in flight simulation? Or is that "frame-rate friendly"? In my experience any product that contains either of these terms in the product description usually flies like a dog and eats all my precious frames :).

On another note. I just saw the aussie Connie on Collectors on the TV tonight. What a spectacular airplane. At $29US it sounds like a bargain.

I know, I know I am rushing this, but any idea when the ec121k's will be out?

Most definitely a purchase from me. There's never been a decent Connie for Flight Simulator (a least not with a VC). That's why I fly the Abacus Connie, the only Abacus product I've ever been willing to have in my hangar.
