Universal Access. Every Mac comes standard with a wide range of assistiveor Universal Accesstechnologies that help people with disabilities experience what the Mac has to offer. Snow Leopard continues this support with a variety of innovative features that advance accessibility even further.

I need to find out if I can install it with Windows in bootcamp, if it will not damage anything. (I should perhaps backup the drive I guess).

Should really be interesting. The FIND is what I am really looking forward to. It has a search layout (several versions, such as like Windows Explorer has for looking through files), but one is in colums, that stack beside each other. Supposedly they have some enhancements. I'll have to look for an intro movie on it at Apple.com.

So.. Do yah think they'll come out with an iPhone OS86 as well? heh heh. :d

86 bit? Whoa. Take that MS. I think you might have meant first version of the OS specific to x86 processors? ;)

I installed Leopard with a boot camp partition in place, so I'm pretty sure it will be o.k. But yeah, backing up the drive is always a wise thing to do.

The new update cost a 5th of what Windows cost. 29.00 is my kind of a update for a new OS...mIKE

I applaud Apple on this OS because even though it doesn't offer much in the way of new technology for MAC except for expanded memory to 16TB and few underpinnings it sure makes it even easier and faster to run this on my less than $500 test system ACER notebook. I don't have to buy a ridiculously expensive Intel dominated MAC to run it. By the way if you are a MAC user you can use the full bus to run the new Nvidias for MAC.

Bill I used VMWare and it works brilliantly. http://www.vmware.com/ It isn't supposed to work but it does.
Ted

You can use this site for step by step as well since it has now been updated for Leopard and Windows Vista Dual Boot

Be aware that just like releases of "other" popular OS's, there are a few apps that will "break" until they get patches out. I didn't see anything mentioned about the stuff I use, but there are some issues out there. I think I'll wait one more month before I install it to let the dust settle. I'm doing this with Win7 too, maybe even waiting for Win7 SP1 first...

Waiting for the dust to settle gives me that 20/20 hindsight vision thing. :)

Smart move CraterMaker.

I have mine in hand, not installed yet. I will backup my WinXP side first before I install it. Cool looking cat on the box.
