That's a pity isn't it. We can't even post furious bugreports. This has to be the most 'mature' addonrelease I've seen so far in FSX-history. The things I find 'bad' are FSX-problems and are related to the plane model itself (L-39 restrictions and issues). The addon as such is pretty much as polished as can be.
Oh wait, the GPS display could be a bit sharper.![]()
Has anyone found anything bad about this plane lol?

Yes, it completely eliminates the desire to fly anything else in your virtual hangar...
Well the lack of tundra tires and/or floats make bush flying a bit tough in the L-39. But other than that you're right.![]()
Gents,
This L-39 patch v1.1 with the NEW GPS; where might that be found?
(I don't see it in my SimMarket Account)
Thanks!![]()
FYI: I checked again today (Aug. 28th '09); SimMarket hasn't updated users accounts with that info.Hi James. The GPS fix was included with the hotfix 1.01 procedure that removes the flares. All it does is increase the resolution of the GPS display in the VC. Simmarket hasn't updated the plane yet I think, which I'll be calling them about today. I sent them an updated installer 3 days ago. FSpilotshop's installer is up to date.

You forgot Aero L-139 Albatros 2000 with American engine Garrett TFE 731-4,HUD, modern avionics etc. before L-159 Alca.Hehe, yeah there is a mod of sorts, called the L-39MS/L-59, developed in the 1990s.It's heavier and not as agile as the C, and with not much more power, but has a single upward hinging canopy like a Tomcat, digital avionics with front and rear HUDs, better ejection seats, and yup, nose wheel steering. Mega pricey though to pick up one of the few that are available for private ownership. Not sure I like the look as much though, not as sleek as a C model, kinda chunky in the middle.
It evolved into the L-159 Alca pretty quickly, so not very many were produced.
