It looks like the wrong textures are being drawn on the exterior.

The textures that are being displayed look like they could be interior textures.

What paint kit are you using?

I would look carefully at the texture names in the default texture folder and the texture folder you are working in. Make sure that the names match and that the images are similar.

Yeah i'm interested. Got mine to work. Apparently in the MSFS series you have to flip it vertically.

Looks like any other gray 412....for now anyway ;)

(Updated shot after working on it)

Anyone know how to make the heli less shiny? Thirdwire series it's a simple .ini trick to kill the gloss.

ok looks to be the specular map, just change the specular maps alpha channel to a 50% black, should do the trick, also the standard maps alpha too, make that a very nearly pure white, should kill the gloss but keep directional/specular shine :kilroy:

Start with the Alpha for the main texture...Remember...white is less shiney. The darker you go the shiner it becomes.
The "Spec Map" that loads is kinda weird...it is a blue/grey...

Upper "left corner" is the paint template unflipped...Upper right corner is the "Spec Map" from one their paints. And on the bottom is a "Alpha" I made for a "Civilian Paint". A little darker than what you may want for a military bird.
Snoop around in your other "Texture Folders"....Like the 'Default Mooney' and look at the spec map for it. It will give you an idea as to how they should look.
Just remember..."Spec Maps" also change the way the light affects your color! If it were me...I would make the "Spec Map" for this one a lighter shade of your base grey?
Just my 2 cents....

Sure i do. Hey where did you get the remove before flight tags?

Also you managed to black out the top of the rotor blades on yours. I blacked out mine, but still showing red/white in game.
Click on details it shows up black.
