I posted about my first corn snake a while ago, and it is doing really well. Got a bigger enclosure (20x20x40 inch or 50x50x100 centimeters) with a single light bulb and a heat mat underneath for those cold nights. It is growing really well, both in length and diameter on a diet of two baby mice or rats a week.

And it will get a little companion in the near future!
From the same collegue that I got my first snake from I can get a second corn snake. He got two for free from the local pet shop who couldn't sell them because of some small pattern errors. Because these are still very young the new one will have to live seperately from my first snake because he/she might think the little one is food..
The one above is a wild colour corn snake, the second one is an 'anery striped' variant corn snake; see if you can spot the difference!:
Hard to believe it's the same species, isn't it?
