Looks like the FTC has clarified that you need to disclose any gain from the company who's product you are reviewing, including free samples for review. I see some online places that disclose this already, but others I have had to wonder about sometimes.

To me, that's going way to far. Who in the hell has the right to dictate stuff like that? Do we not have a sense of reasonable laws anymore? Yes, I realize that this specific law isn't a big deal, but where does it stop?
