CFS3 Wish List

I'm sure there was a 177 around somewhere..if only in build?


On my wish list is one of these, may get round to starting a model one day.

Blimey Pat, I think you'll have to build it. A Bristol Bombay isn't going to be on Ted's conveyor belt methinks:icon_lol:. This one was obsolete by the time it came into service in '39. Go on Clive, what's the attraction?

However a 177 Grief would certainly be a great addition for the Sea Eagles.:applause:
 
Yes the He 177 would be a great addition.

Also I'd love to see the Hampden. At the moment the only way to fly the suitcase in combat is in cfs2:engel016:

You haven't been studying your aircraft recognition models again Jeff, its a Handley Page Sparrow!

I really like the interwar RAF stuff, they had some weird and wonderful creations. The Sparrows were used early on in the war on general transport duties and they helped in the evacuation of RAF personnel from France too, so were seen at a lot of airfields around the BoF/BoB period (my very favourite :)).

Yes a Hampden would be very nice!
 
I'd like a decent Typhoon, instead of the stock clunker. I'd also like a Whirlwind, a DH Hornet and I would really like a Walrus, although it seems we're going to get one in time.

So many aircraft, so little time!

Perhaps it is possible to convert some cfs2 models into cfs3 AI-planes.
It saves the experts a lot of time. I'am not a modeller myself, but if I understood it right: it is the VC that takes a lot of time. And extra to this: a lot of these models will be used for immersion only.

You're not kidding, mate! But I'm a greedy sort - I'd like to fly the things myself, not just shoot at them. And porting over from CFS2 is only realistic if you've got the model source file - still no escape from gmax!
 
What do you need to make a CFS3 aircraft by the way? A program list for me would be most helpful...

I would like to try a Heinkel 177 one day if I get the basics...

I think I have a mesh of one of those started somewhere that I think I could give someone to play with. Let me see if I can find it.....
 
P-43 y P-66

I am aware that long ago that this thread is not touched, but if I was not a total useless 3D-max or Gmax, had long since entered, in my free gifts, the P-43 Lancer, in 4 versions, American (natural metal and olive drab), Australia and China. Another of my favorite birds is the Vultee P-66 Vanguard, which had added the evaluation version in the colors of the Battle of England (dark green and Dark earth) and a lower surface black and white, apart from China and versions of American assessment in natural metal and pre-production version in olive drab with tricolor badges.

I have in cfs2 both but realy my dream is have them in cfs3.

It's a free download. You can find the links up at the top of the forum or a few pages back.

It's also got the Brewster Buffalo, CW-21 Demon, Hawk 75 and several more.
