That is exactly what I am doing. Downloaded some 2002/2004 and 2004 panels and will test the gauges to see which ones work. I think those created after 2000 or 2001 should be good.

And they are the older style freeware gauges too.

Also would be nice to see a nice layered or otherwise paintkit for this beauty.

I'm very tempted to get this. Are there any repaints for it and did you ever get a chance to mod the panel, Aussieman? :)
 
I'd have thought that the C140 would have been popular in SOH especially since the release of TongassX and FTX PNW?

It probably would have been more popular if it had 3D gauges, or at least non-default ones... To me, it looks like an early-mid FS9 plane. :kilroy:
