I was going thru my archives of CFS2 files that I have collected and found my ship folders. I discoverd i had quite a few WWI ships from various sources and wanted to post a list in case anyone is making missions for WWI era. There is just about every significant class of naval unit available, with some substitutions possible. Dreadnoughts, Battlecruisers, Armoured Cruisers, Light Cruisers, Torpedo Boats, Trawlers, which were used as net guard ships and anti submarine and tenders, merchants, oilers, and tramp steamers which could be used as coalers. I included a few more modern ships such as the Freinch light cruisers were were post war but still maybe useful. These are mostly VN Virtual Navy ships with some others, and I may try to see if i can get permisison to upload a pack of all of them, but it will take a while to get permissions on that. Most of these are availble or were, here on SOH.
I wish there were some more German Dreadnoughts represented. And i am still digging to try to find some Torpedo boats or even an early US four piper faragutt class type DD. The USS Lexington Class Battlecruisers are similar to some existing ship classes so they may be useful.
If anyone has any more to add to the list that would be great. I would love to find a CFS2 Zepplin we can add, I have one but it is part of a commercial payware set and dont have permission to share it yet. The Germans used them as naval scouts. I havent tracked down WWI SEaplanes yet.

Subsittutions possible:
USS Arizona for Dreadnought classes
USS Lexington BC (pre conversion) for some BC or BB
some of the US BB's would work as various classes of earlier Dreadnoughts such as the Arizona.
The barrage balloons we have could be used as observation balloons which the British used towed by tenders for ariel observation before the adoption of seaplanes for that purpose.
