To be honest I found it in the SOH FS2002 scenery download section but its not working!

My question is it available any where else?
 
I am trying to track down the author so maybe we could add some more detail and things like AA guns, docks, shore facilities, air fields, more ships, sub nets and barrage balloons and so forth. Would be nice to have the full monty.

My dream is to have Keil, Wilhemshaven, Scapa, Dover, the Dardinelles, Istambul, Sevastapol, and some of the channel ports in WWI style maybe even some of the baltic ports and forts so we could do some of the Baltic and Black Sea battles with the Russian forces
 
It's greatly needed. I seem to remember downloading one a few years ago that needed a little updating. Glad to see its going to happen . . . I hope.

A lot of those types of add-ons are readily available here on S-O-H and other sites already, CG - have you trundled thru the existing library files ?

Just trying to help avoid unnecessary duplication of effort...

oh ys i have em all, been downloading objects for over a year. I meant by add ons to add to the scenery, not to make new objects and things. :) thanks I dont know of actual ports tho, for most of those that I mentioned, i know there are several channel ports that add some details, but my hopes are for high density detalied ones similar to the few that Sander DC did and some of the other more recent bases and locations that are now happening. Any suggestions totally and really welcome :)

There may be some of the german ports in the targets set ..i had just remembered them. that will be a big help. I wonder if any one has done those major naval canals that played such an important part of German ship desgn with their locks that limited ship size.
 
Hi Stoney, yep, we found that old posting but the link is dead, i have just pMd the admins here to try to get info on how to upload so we can restore it. I have been digging for several days around the old Internet to try to find bortdafarm and found he has been active in First Eagles, and Silent Hunter III and done mods and models for both, but i could not find any evidence of him posting since about 2007, so he may have moved on or be MIA, i dont know I would love to get in touch with him if anyone knows how, there werent any workng e mails on any accounts or the read mes thati have found yet. He also did a nice short 166 that i was able to dl and several other planes that the links are gone for. thanks for the post.

Nearly a year ago Jaxon posted some fabulous pictures of the Kiel Canal scenery he was working on. I wonder how he is progressing with it.

Might I suggest that if you have scapaflow.zip or can make it up with
all of the author credits, why not upload it here to SOH due to the fact
that it was probaley lost in the crash. If you upload it the guys at SOH
will make the choise on yes or no to post it. ckissling
 
i have been waiting to upload it, as i have the full file set, both for CFS2 and FS2002 2004 but they have not replied to my post asking how to post to the librrary. It was here, i just wanted to restore it but the admins have not replied yet. there is a link above to get the files if you need them.

I think they post on a part time basis, or when they can. Some have
real life work and catch up when they can. It would be great if it were
GSL'd and the good stuff (destroyable,burnable ect ect) were put in.

OK i will take a look at it this weekend and look into additions and improvemnts and seek advice on that. No hurry re the staff, dont mean to rush them. I totally understand RL demands, i got em myself with work etc. I will be happy to keep sharing the files as needed.
