Would I be mistaken in thinking that the bitter, petty arguments that were raging through spring and summer, have now ebbed away and people are in a better place?

The FSX forum of SOH is once again a place to enjoy and share.

I've said this to several people on messenger. I am really glad it's quieted down again.

I'll say it again, SOH is the best flight simulation forum and online community.

Now we need to make it better with an online multiplayer server. :173go1:
 
I'd say we're in pretty good shape right now. Somebody should do a scientific study of the overall mood of forums at various times. I think you could learn a lot about the global psyche, as the bad (and good) moods seem to come in waves. Whatever. I'm just happy we all seem to be content at the moment.

Really, because this is my place of refuge. It seems everyone here is always in a good mood. All the other forums, I won't name names, seem like a flame fest. Everyone here is always eager to help and very rarely see any disputes.

I love it here. Merry Christmas to all.

OKay, That better have satisfied the flame-wishers for the rest of the year. Inspector Poly is enjoying his Christmas with No.1 granson and will be mighty "mortified" if he has to come back in her and booleanate some miscreant rogue poly!

Pete includes the necessary XLS items...check inside the glovebox in the front pit :icon29:

The Quickie is the one you might be talking about...not much room to work with in that one!
