Night Close Air Support in the ETO

Guys,

Here is a shot from a close air support mission at night in France. Allied troops engaged with German Armor. US Artie firing Illumination rounds over the advancing Panzers and US 105mm guns shelling the area.

The German tanks are defended by Wirblewind (20mm green golfball tracers), Ostwind (37mm red golfball tracers) and some towed AA 37mm AA guns.

I would call this a "Hot Target Zone".:d

Thanks Pachi, the mission is being tested right now and the setting is D-Day + 5 days, You are flying a P-38 out of Azeville. It is a real barn burner and scary as Heck with those tracers from the updated Wirblewind and Ostwind. You don't need your lables on to pick them out due to their muzzle blast and the color of their golfball tracers. There is so much new stuff in the 11/15 update it will blow your socks off.:d

Really had to cram a lot of work in on ETO this past week or two to get all of this done for the 11/15 update. Finished now and can sit back and rest a little.

This update is really crammed with new stuff that everyone will really enjoy.The mission builders should have a really good time with all of the new stuff.

0-1, I hope you're documenting all this stuff - would hate to think the loss an HD crash might bring. Oh yes, perhaps we needn't eat quite so many carrots to fly the Other War now! :icon_lol:

Just installed a new motherboard in my rig and my new video card should be here by Wednesday. I would say the timing is impeccable! :applause:
