Coco Puffs, but I always eat three cereals at the same time. I am big on cereal. Others are Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Lucky Charms.

Spaghetti


3.) Favorite "healthy" snack?

Pakistani home-made Oatmeal Cookies


4.) Favorite "junk food" snack?

Three Musketeers bar

Shredded Wheat...the big ones that look like bales of hay

Lasagna...with sausage and veal and mushrooms in the sauce

Nuts....cashews, almonds, peanuts, you name it...and a glass of ice cold milk


4.) Favorite "junk food" snack?

Butter Pecan Ice Cream with Vanilla Waffers on the side

Sunset.....have no idea what a sunrise is LOL!

Granny Smith apples, the real ones, sour and rock hard. Not the ones that are usually passed off as the real McCoy.

Does she eat ice cream for midnight snack? drinks Chinese Tea? Watches Kung Fu Movies? Watches Football and cheers both teams? Dries her hair while driving (while car window is down)? Oh boy this could explain allot...

1.) Favorite cereal?
I don't do breakfast, but I will occationally have a bowl of any sugar laced cereal that is in the cupboard, with an extra teaspoon or 3 added for good measure.

2.) Lasagna or Spaghetti?
Lasagna, especially my homemade stuff, 2" of cheese on top and full of all kinds of unhealthy fat and other goodies


3.) Favorite "healthy" snack? Licorice (black of course) that is healthy right...


4.) Favorite "junk food" snack? Licorice (black of course) my wife calls it junk foor I consider it a food group...


5.) Sunset or Sunrise? Tough one I am generally up for the sunrise and love to watch it but I have always had a soft spot for sunsets ever since I captured the attached shot while on our honeymoon - god that was almost 30 years ago, my wife deserves a medal...

And yes all of the above is true, I have deplorable eating habits and rarely eat anything that is good for me, it drives my wife nuts because I never gain an ounce and my last check up the blood work was perfect, even my Doc said I don't deserve to have those kind of test results... Oh well..<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

4. I generally don't do junk food any more ... so candy in general if I have it.

lol, Join the club jmig, so does my wife and my Doctor, the wife because if I eat a cheese cake (yes I eat the whole thing in one sitting - just a med size one tho) she gains 5 lbs, and my Doctor because he is a health nut and can't get his colesterol under control and mine is perfect... Oh well thems the breaks...lol
 
1 - Frosted Flakes or Lucky Charms
2 - Spaghetti - much easier to make
3 - I can't remember the last time I had a "healthy" snack...
4 - Movie theatre popcorn with plenty of that butter-flavored motor oil!
5 - The colors of sunset are usually better.

Be very thankful, I do not gain weight, but my body can turn soluble fiber into cholesterol (though not at dangerous levels yet).
