Reading the closed thread (not gonna comment on that) i noticed some changes in admin grades?

Other question, how often/frequent are new uploads refreshed? :engel016:
 
Well we have some new mods, and three mods have been upgraded to junior admin.
Which means now I have a ban button, and I can use it in every forum! Mhuahahahahaha! Unlimited pow... Erm... Wait, what was the question again..? :engel016:

However, Henry, it all depends on the type of beer.

Different grades of beer for the different levels.

Obviously you are not going to trust a jr assistant moderator with a high quality brew - you start them off on something cheap. They must then work their way up to the finest that the SOH microbrewery produces!
