ITS OUT!

Cool model site Peperez, thank you. I rarely do 1/72, 1/48 seems to be the standard, my favorite is 1/32 for planes, 1/35-1/24 for armor. There is a 1/32 scale Boomerang out there I want, and also a Beech Staggerwing balsa wood kit looks to be about 1/32.

I downloaded from one of our Japanese friends, I think it was Yoshi's site, the Ki-88 experimental fighter. This Ki-62 is an attractive plane, wonder if anyone is going to do one for CFS2.

His read me...

...allows repaints and new skins. You need only to prepare a entry for aircraft.cfg and the skin.

Cool, I didn't read that part ( or do you read Japanese?).
Thanks Pepe

Use Google translator. It's there. In general, new skins are not considered as part of the original copyright. Theoretically, you can build them without the original. The same with airfiles and DPs. You can offer them alone to be used (in theory) in any plane. Model modifications are another case. These are strictly forbiden by law.

Cheers

Yes, actually I did a lot of repaints for Akemi's Ki-84 Hayate without having to contact him, as I understood repainting was OK according to the readme. Even after I stayed once in touch with him through Talos (where is he? we miss him!) and he obviously was not infuriated with me:).

Best regards,

Xavier

Well, if I was a model creator (and that's a big IF), I'd be very happy to have skinners dressing my work. That means that the work is appreciated.

That's pretty much my attitude with my stuff. I don't even get too riled when it ends up @ the 'pirate' sites. If they are that hard up, more power to 'em. I might be a little pissed if someone actually made money on it without giving me a cut :icon_lol:.
