Memory Jog

SOH-CM-2013
I just reinstalled my BoB setup [for the MB Challenge], and an old challenge cropped up.

AND, as usual, I forgot the solution !

The main program runs fine - all aircraft, ships, and infrastructure show up, no system CTDs... Yay, for once.

However, I can NOT get Mission Builder to run from the stand-alone icon using the <"E:\Combat Flight Simulator 2_BoB\cfs2.exe" /Builder > command line.

I can get into MB and successfully create flyable missions via Free Flight [I have Cfo_Weather installed, too], but it sure would be nice to use MB as it was intended...

Any suggestions or advice, folks ?

Thanks in advance:icon29:

Formatting?

Hi sc7500, if you already have a shortcut icon for this install then,

Target.... "E:\Combat Flight Simulator 2_BoB\cfs2.exe" /Builder:
Start In.... "E:\Combat Flight Simulator 2"

Should be able to copy and paste this into the icon, in properties.

Hope this helps, Dave

Argh

No Joy, Dave - I tried the link with /Builder, /Builder:, /Builder;.... nope.

I seem to recall that this was linked to the Modules files [dlls], but swapping in a new set from my stock install did zip.

Step Right Up, Anyone - Give it a guess ?

Have you tried changing /Builder with /BUILDER?.

As stupid as it may seem, if you don't use capital letters it will run the game instead of the MB.
