I mailed AF Scrub, who promissed to up load a CFS 2 version of his Curtiss floatplane as soon as he's got enough time to work on it ....
Let's wish it comes soon....
 
I d/l'ed the FS9 bird yesterday, it's pretty decent. Flies OK, has VC and working cowl flaps. Textures are pretty straight-forward, should be easy to repaint.
 
I just built the airfiles AND DP for Mr. Scrubb version...

It's flying nicely. Still needs to check at QC...

Hey you're right - I did not pick up on that when I was flying the plane. Wouldn't be noticeable (at least from the top looking down) if the fuselage were the same shade of blue as the elevators.
 
Yes, but they were mostly finished in the tricolor scheme in WW2. You are right though, it isn't too obtrusive.
