Whenever I don't know what else to do, there are always lots of Spitfires... Anybody able to identify this one? It is not post-War!

European because of invasion stripes, surely Norvegian but I did not find something like this on the net...
 
Well done there - it is Wing Commander Rolf Arne Berg's aircraft. He was flying it during the final mission of his tour as CO No. 132 (Norwegian) Wing, when he was shot down and killed during an attack on the Luftwaffe airfield at Eelde, Holland.

The stripes are missing on the spinner for the very simple reason that the spinner is mapped in such a way that the texture is "drawn" backwards from the point - so the colours merge into each other. Can't be done on this model.

I noticed this quote and if you seriously are looking for skin ideas have you ever considered the all-blue late war USN FM-2? Almost all of the skins for this model actually reflect historical paint for the F4F and it would be a nice addition to have this one for PTO.
I'm just throwing this out there as an idea (although I admit my personal interest).

I think John would be the one to talk to there - I'd need to start a completely new template, as my old one is very poor quality.
