When I cycle through the "F4" key from virtual cockpit through the external views then back to the virtual cockpit the sound becomes very load. Is this just my system or is this a problem with the program?

BigT, I assure you, there is nothing. The engine sounds different inside the plane than it does on the outside on purpose. Also, try this. Use F4 to get an outside view of the aircraft. Make sure your engine is running and then zoom out by using the "[" key. Take a listen to the engine sounds then. You can zoom in using the "]" key. You may also want to change some of your engine sounds to those that sound better. SOH has plenty of them in the CFS3 download section. If you get some these, you can then even hear something really good. Press Shift + F9. This is Flyby View. Have fun.:d
