Nemeth EC-135 on sale today $20 -- how is it?

At $20.00 I don't think you could go wrong with it. I have it, have always liked the real EC-135 so it was a "no-brainer" for me. Framerates can be a little heavy with the digital instruments as opposed to the analog VC, but overal it's a great heli to have.

Not exactly the same level as the Cera but a very nice helo to add to your hangar.

True. But it is still one of my top favorites.
Framerates are very good, David.
I got it when it first came out, and still operate it.
I would highly recommend it.
Besides, the EC-135 is just so good looking, IMHO. :icon_lol:

Plus, there are TONS of really high quality repaints out there for it.
Heh, even the rare one or two posted from me... :d

I actually never really liked the look of it as much as say the Ec-145, plus in reality it is a big helicopter.

I was hoping this would be on sale at one point since it is the one from them I don't have.

First flight, easier on the frames that other nemeth helis, good sounds, detailed model and I REALLY love the VC (just wish it had a hot co-pilot figure, LOL). Now I just need to find some of the repaints for it, I know Chris did a bunch of great ones.

Yeah, being a VC guy, is why I really like it.
You get 3 variations of the VC. :applause: :icon_lol:

I agree. I would like a EC-145 as well.
One of the hospitals in the area operates one, it's a good looking ship.

Hopefully the MD900 will be out soon. That's the one I'm really looking forward too. :jump:

+ What are the framerates like?

+ How would you compare it with the recent Cera offerings?

Heavy on frame rate. Specially the ones with Glass VC.

Cera wins in all categories. It's easy on frame rate. FDE is far superior to any other helicopter in the market (I'm talking Sim ONLY FDE. Module/FDE like Dodo Sim excluded). The VC is simply gorgeous. And the sound package is superb.

But then, again, they are two completely different helicopters.
