anyone seen it? my wife rented it tonight. i thought the story was really cool but i wasn't too impressed with the acting.

Saw it in theaters with my fiancee...I pretty much agree with your opinion. The story was actually a bit more refined than what I was expecting.

Haha thanks cheezy, I've had it for some time now. I think I first registered it on simFlight in 2003....I was 19 at the time and it better suited my maturity level then...or so I like to think, my girl may argue that point though. :wiggle:

Yeah, but neither of ya'll have a screen name as cool as mine though! I totally rock! :icon_lol:

i often wondered if your name was derived from snuffy smith

either way, you'll get nothing but agreement from me.

I brought the movie in Blue ray, to me the movie was a joke. Not much of a story line...matter of fact not much of anything....all he does the whole move is go back and forth in time....wooopeee chet.

Cheezy,
You like Japanese time-travel films?
Get Time Slip
aka G.I. Samuri.
Stars Sonny Chiba as a JGSDF Soldier who, with his platoon, a tank, halftrack, and chopper, get sent/sucked/teched back to 1600's Japan Shogan era. Definatly different!

He may have done nothing more than travel back and forth, but at least his time travel was detrimental to their relationship rather than the opposite as the trailers led you to believe. It truly was their curse.

I gotta ask ya Mike ... (In all seriousness .... )

Did you think with a title like that, that anything else was going to happen? :icon_lol:

cool deal!:applause: i looked it up on the imdb, and it is alternately loved/hated. sounds like my kinda flick all the way around :icon_lol:
kinda funny that such an idea would come from japan. during that time period, that style of warfare would have been thought of as barbaric and cowardly. i'm going to be on the lookout for this one, thanx for the heads-up :wavey:
