I don't know how you did it but it's darn nice !!


I'll probably start a repaint tomorrow, is there any way to change the color of the canopy frame? I think it may be in the Pitts_interior.dds file, the 3 horizontal white stripes???

I just did a quick glance at the paint kit and it looks to be laid out very well for fast repaints

Its got a great sound file too....I'll have to check that knife edge.

It stalls nicely and does the hammerhead as well as the Eagle.

I still haven't checked the scenery it came with...maybe later.

about the interior paint - if you mean the canopy spreader that crosses between the fore and aft cockpits and is currently white - I agree - I think it needs to match either the canopy frame or the panel if possible.

I still need to work on the hammerheads, I can't seem to get enough fwd/right stick thrown in to keep it from pitching "up" on me :costumes:

I think I like the "spreader" white, it's the exterior that I'm looking to change. I want a nice shiny red Pitts, similar to G-STUB but with US registration #'s.

choice the flight at dusk its fun fly with people's flashes...you have to add the content of the flight folder inside pitts folder to your c:/Documents/Flight Simulator X files .....there all instructions inside .doc article into fsx main folder or pitts folder,it's called INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.doc

there is also a layered PSD for made new skins, always inside pitts main folder..called paintkit.

wow - it CAN hold the knife edge pass...sweet.

icarus you cant argue with a photograph - that spreader is white alright
 
have to ask to the modeller about canopy frames...i was much working on sound flight dinamics and last 4 skin, redbull , the orange one, the japanese and usa with the starts on wings.
 
ok - the airshow scenery is excellent - these pics don't really do it justice but its great scenery and now when you feel like doing an aerobatic set in the Pitts or the Extra or the Christen Eagle or whatever - you can have an audience. :applause:

...I didn't see an ambulance, but there IS an audience...

ambulance has been parked at covered place...you can find it there...probably the driver didn't rexist at the airshow.
 
I know its me, but I can`t find the activision key . I have purchased, downloaded and are trying to install the plane. Have looked in my account, but no key????:isadizzy:
 
i just sent you some minutes aago with 2 different email addres...i am goint to pm you also here...sorry for late answer...in some events we sleep and code have to be maked manually.

Thanks Icarus for a Great Plane.

Just one problem can't switch between the different paints while flying.
What's the cure for this , I just downloaded.
 
when you click change aircraft at fsx menu , you have to select it manually, check there is show all variation signed
