If it is a Bonanza there is a good one out for FSX in freeware, a P-35 if I recall

.... and there will surely be an exceptional one coming via the new and improved 'customer responding' Carenado at some point once the F33 is released. I can't imagine the FSD version will be better, it might just arrive a little sooner.

So I vote that it must be something else.

Plus if it was 'commonly seen on TV in the 1950's' then I don't remember seeing Hoss arrive at Ponderosa in a V-tail :mixedsmi:

The show 'Bonanza' aired for the first time on 12 September 1959..

The V35 with the V-tail would fit the Has a 'prominent control surface feature' hint.

I guessed the v tail bonanza too because of the prominent control surface and I believe carenado had a v-tail bonanza available in an older version of flightsim.

I first thought of sky king and the 310 but the prominent control surface didnt seem to fit. I still dont get that clue?

but, on the page the first post links to it says:

Name That Plane!

Phew...

But, now it is April 1st, and nothing is showing. I guess it means about.
