If everyone will direct their attention the the forward left fusealge of the American Airlines 777 in the very first pic, they will notice the non-burning left nacelle being reflected. In addition, the left nacelle's reflection shows that the aircraft was not rotating when the pic was taken, it was level and on the ground.
The rest of the shots are cool though. Thanks for posting them.![]()

Probably in a rescue sling lowered from the flight deck. Here's another one of my favorites, an early F-8 Crusader mishap. You can read the story here:Tailhook is holding the aircraft and the pitot tube is checking the water temperature. I'd be interested to know how the pilot and RIO got out of that one.
