Iris P-40 package

Converted easily! I'm working at a complete package now. Very well modelled plane with fantastic textures. I did some new one for Brazilian, British, Chinese, Dutch and Soviet planes. I also found fine French and Soviet textures at the internet.

The package is very huge, with more than 400 Mb...

Hello Pepe

You just need to convert the first Model file for each aircraft ( p-40 E, F, L and N) , the othe models just adding bombs or tanks.

Very nice VC, and flies wonderfully.

Really worth uploading the beast, and when Pepe makes us a nice DP file, it will add plenty till now unknown versions of the P-40.

Already found on Simflight a French P-40F, and a Chinese P-40N.

I did a Flying Tiger P-40E with Chinese markings. Incredibly enough, the only one from Iris has American insignia. I tested the airfile and it is not good. I created a new one for each mark and nationality. Untill now I got American, Australian, Brazilian (P-40E and P-40N, both mine), British (one mine), Dutch (the P-40E is mine), French, New Zealander and Soviet planes. I need to ask authorizations from four skinners that make fantastic Chinese, French, New Zealander and Soviet planes.

Pepe, I am at a close friend's home and using his high speed connect. Do you mean the freeware Iris P-40? It's only 75 meg long.

I told about the uncompressed file... My package will have more planes. I'll probably broke it using nationalities as a basis.

I hope their visual model was upgraded, because the Iris P-40s of a couple of years ago were not that good looking.

To those visual models I much prefer Malinowsky's P-40 series and FDG2's ex-donationaware.
