What do you want me to say? The rules are the rules, and they're there for a reason. The reason is, people snag the MD-11 and 747 off of the pirate bay, and then when the crack doesn't work right, they bumrush the forum looking for a quick fix.
I'm sorry to hear you guys are subjected to pirates on a regular basis. I offered to send you my receipt long before I went over there. Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I didn't see any threads from brand new users looking for help cracking the product while I was wading through.
The community-at-large isn't privy to the order details of every legitimate customer, and a simple deterrent is to require real names in the forum. It's a simple mechanism designed to discourage those who wish to remain anonymous from attempting to further game the system. Surely you can see the logic in that?.
As a non-criminal, I can see the logic behind requiring CCTV everywhere a human being steps foot. I disagree with that logic. We pick cool-guy handles and screennames on forums for a reason, and that's privacy. Most of us who get to know each other over a long period of participating in the community know each other's real names and places of residence anyway from PMs, phone calls and emails. Short of that, anonymity is for safety and security. In the end, your rules are your rules. They do say we have to give our full names, not make a headline post of them. When I signed up for Avsim, I gave my details. Anyone else there who wants my name can have it, but not in public.
Regardless of whether you disagree or not, the PMDG developers will not entertain forum support requests from posters who do not sign with their real name.
I didn't want to see your post get deleted after you had misgivings about showing up in the first place, so I did you a favor by pointing out the rules in a polite manner. That's all.
I signed up for Avsim using my real name, and PMDG recieved a proper 'ticket' support request including all of my personal and order information. I wouldn't say the timer's up yet since it's only been a day, but they haven't responded there yet either.

Finally, if you really need me to spell it out for you, it's: Use The F'n Search Function. A basic tenet of succesfully using Al Gore's Interweb...
Yes, you did need to spell it out for me. I frequent SOH and flightsim.com, where we don't tell anyone to "go f'ing do anything". I also politely informed you that I had already used the search function. I did that long before you suggested it, and as I eluded to before, it yielded nothing. Perhaps you shouldn't tell people to "UTFSF" anymore, as it doesn't always have the answers.
Check out the thread that's going on right now on formation flying. It's probably the hundredth thread we've had on the subject, and there are still scores of people who've been there and done that gladly and politely helping out, and they've probably helped out with that question a number of times. When I originally asked where all the sweet screenshots of formation flying came from a long time ago, all I got was support and explanations. When I upgraded from FSRecorder 1.3 to 2.0, help was here again. Using the search function is impersonal and doesn't spread a community atmosphere.
Best regards,
