I'm 99.5% convinced it wasn't a "true" AvH aircraft. I've never heard of such a thing and if it existed I'd have one. The ETO and PTO Dakotas may be AvHistory models (no idea if they are, haven't flown them too much) but there's no offcial release that I know of.

There is a model which could be converted to CFS3....

This is a longer shot, but if any of our modellers fancied converting an existing model to CFS3 spec, the DC-3 supplied in the FSX sdk is available. Originally built in 3dsMax, it has been ported to gMax and is available over at FFDS.

Me, I'd do some alternative skins for the C-47 supplied with ETO.
 
It's already done, pretty well. Mark Rude did it. It needs finishing off with damage boxes and emitters, but the hard stuff has been done. I've got the source file somewhere in the archives...
