Tims new plane is out. (J7W "Shinden")

Hello TIM

GREAT!!

Very cool shape

All request something,so may I add also one

Since FSX almost all the Japanese planes have died as most of them were FS2002/CFS2 and dont show up in FSX

It would be great to have a Raiden, a Hien or an Ki-84 in FSX

-->all this only if you get bored

Tims work is always a must have, but I'm not finding the Shinden and none of the links in this thread seem to work for me...

Now that Piglet's given us three pushers for FSX, why stop there, how about an XP-54 and XP-55 Sir Honorable Keeper of the Dog Bits.

Just got a chance to fly the Shinden last night, real nice, as always, super Piglet frame rates! :ernae:

Is there any way we can clone Tim Conrad??!! There just aren't enough of him (even though he already works lightning fast)! :icon_lol:

Thanks for the new hot rod Tim. Fun to fly. Have to be easy on the pitch changes.
I like the little Hasegawa model company sticker on the radio panel. Nice touch.
Really nice work as always. :applause:

It is fun to fly...but tricky to land (havent succeeded yet without crashing into the ground.... anyone advise on best technique... just wants to keep on flying and wont slow down enough and if i try too hard to keep the nose down it pitches down violently into the ground... a challenging subject but i will get the hang of it...

Matt

Are you flying with full realism settings? My technique is just to almost fly it onto the runway try not to flair on landing, I've had a couple of crashes on landing non fatal I'd say but I had one last night where the aircraft fell backwards the tail wheels would have stopped it but they don't seem to work on Tims model, no biggie just dont land nose up lol also keep the airspeed up!

What a cool looking plane!

Nice job Tim! Excellent work around those intake scoops on the sides..

It should be manditory for Shinden virtual pilots to watch 'Sky Crawlers' to really see what these machines can do...
