Earlier this week I visited the Pacific Air Museum, where I got to photograph a real SBD-3 up close. (See http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=37799 for short PIREP and slideshow.) Last night I came back and flew the Vertigo model with new appreciation: studying the real bird with my camera, I noticed details that I hadn't remembered from the model. But so far I've checked three items and they're all present in the model.

If I could fix just one thing, it would be the texturing on the inside of the canopy frame, but maybe that'll be addressed in the patch.

I agree. I absolutely love the Vertigo SBD but I too wouldn't mind seeing an improvement on the canopy frame texturing.

Yeah the internal canopy frame for this and the p36 needs addressing in 1024x1024 size that's about the only thing though!
