Here are two questions for users who have an installation of a non-English version of CFS2, and particularly for users with French, German, Italian, Norwegian and Spanish versions if these exist.
In your install, do any of the following folders have a different name, even if it's just the same letters with accents or other symbols attached to the letters used ?
AIRCRAFT
CAMPAIGNS
EFFECTS
GAUGES
GSL
INFO
LAYOUTS
MISSIONS
OBJECTS_DP
PILOTLOG
QUICKCOM
SCENEDB
SCENERY
SHIPS
SOUND
TEXTURE
UIRES
Please let me know of any names that are different in your install.
Since I'm no linguist, the second question is only indirectly related to CFS2 (at the moment). I've translated most of this post into the languages above using Google. The question is - how accurate / effective is this ? Do the following make sense to CFS2 users who are fluent in those languages ? If not, where has the translation gone wrong ?
Thanks in advance for any help,
regards,
Ro
