First of several skins for Tim's T-33. This one as noted in the title is from the 57th FIS based at Keflavick AFB, Iceland from the early 70's to early 80's.

very nice. when can we get it?
Pretty quick I guess Bone. I haven't zipped it yet, but I guess the main question is. . .since this texture is done as a 4096x4096, can your system handle it? To be honest, even with my limited system, I haven't seen that the larger texture size does anything to change FPS. Possibly if this was a "dds" texture with everything that goes along with that. . .it might, but one texture seems to have no effect at all.

Should be ok. My chip is an Intel QX9650 OC'd to 3.8ghz. I have the T-33 going in both 9 and X. If you think it's going to be an issue, maybe you could do a low and high performance texture set...if it's not too much effort

Thanks Ted. . .I'm trying to work through this loss of detail problem I have with these textures right now before I release them. I was hoping that doing a larger texture size and then saving would keep the details but that hasn't been the case. We're just talking about 1 texture here so it shouldn't take too long to figure it out and then I'll post both of these new textures.
