• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

IMO this is a very mannered forum. Some places, I'm convinced the members come home from a night of drinking and type whatever floats to the surface.

Thing is, these forums are heavily moderated, under the penalty of having your PM inbox swamped with Panther Panzer "chicks"..

I could be wrong, but didn't this have something to do with plumbing? I know it was a weird subject to quarrel about at a Flightsim forum....

IIRC one of the admins (Ickie or Willy?) had a broken washing machine and they were discussing how to fix this, when 'our' Kimber starting hijacking the thread.
 
Dang, I guess I missed the washing machine war! Only thing I remember was that she went pretty much "non-liner" over the Wingla passengers. That was wierd. She was fun to have around when she wasn't at DEFCON 1.

That never happens here. Well, almost never. When it does happen it's usually "I'm too drunk to be posting..." rather than any rants or offensive topics. :icon_lol:
 
I remember Kimber, she specialized in flying upside down and having an occasional Panther. I never had a row with her, but then I never have a row with anyone. I learned long ago from a novelette by Theodor Sturgeon titled "Why Dolphins Don't Bite", that acceptance is one of the key elements in living peaceful with one's fellow man.

After Kimber publically bad-mouthed Joe Binka (who even offered to make Kimber her own personal 'Wilga'), I don't miss her one bit....

Yep..

Pete and Hagar (grumpy 1) discovered this at SimV before he arrived here. Everything he wrote about himself and 'family' was a lie. Hagar, being a Fox4 member advised me not to bother with him.:salute:
