PBY wing tip floats

I just downloaded the Blackcat PBY from Simviation and would like to know how you lower the wingtip floats. Any ideas?

You can raise and lower the wing floats by pressing the 'D' key

Thanks Alpha ,but first I found you have to assign the spoilers, airbrakes to the D key.

The wingtip floats on that model act as spoilers/airbrakes.
