A good day to everybody! 
I just uploaded the necessary files, for a total of 11, which will allow you the possibility of flying CFS2 in a different language, just for the fun of it.
All system messages, Flight Window (Alt + Enter) drop down menus, Mission builder interface and various selection screens with related buttons are translated in Italian language.
I also enclosed, stock aircraft original dp files in Italian, so that when your aircraft is hit, the related damage message will show up in Italian. If you're curious to see stock aircraft damage messages in Italian as well, drop each stock dp file in your stock aircraft folders. Remember these files are the originals, so you'll be back to strictly stock (and related defects) damage effects and payload arrays.
Don't forget to back up your original first. In any case, they can easily be extracted with Winzip, or another packed-file managing utility, from your original CFS2 CDs.
Fire CFS2 and be prepared to see CFS2 talking to you in Italian!!!
Do not worry about the simulator behaviour or pilot's chatter files: nothing will change other than the text strings displayed by CFS2.

These files ARE NOT executables necessary to make CFS2 work.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES any unauthorised copy of Combat Flight Simulator 2 will work just by installing these files, as the necessary original CD will still be needed to activate the simulator.

Since I had the original English file sent to me to test the conversion back to its original looks, I will upload them soon for anybody wishing to see the original CFS2 interface. From now on I'll keep my CFS2 in English, it looks so cool!
