Aerosoft's AirbusX released!

Looks good with all the systems mentioned but the price is not good for my wallet right now. Perhaps later down the track. I'm happy with T.Ruth's 300's so far.:frown:

Dang, the product description sounds too good! Very user-focused. If they'll throw in an A318 and 319, this is so gonna be on my "Do want!" list together with the CLS MD-8x and SkySim DC-9.

If you like the 306/310, I'm working on a little somethingsomething in terms of enhancement. A merged FDE (HNAC' or Aerodesigns', not sure yet), tooltips for the VC switches, improved ECAMS handling, zoomable displays, gauge improvements here and there, a reworked bleed air system, cold and dark on every a/c loadup on the ground, a simple FMC implementation, "checklist only" engine startup and, if I can get it implemented, the ability to fry your engines with excessive EGT abuse.

This is a stupid question, but what is a VA, and do I have to pay it?

Virtual Airline... I don't know of any which have member fees (yet lol)

It's basically where you join a group of flight sim enthusiasts and fly to destinations and work your way up the ranks.

I have been following this one a while but for now, I will stick with the Project Airbus version as well. I have mine set up using Easy Fly-By-Wire and it works great. One of my friends has been working on the PA FSX version a while and has added working callouts and FMC to it.

I expect I will buy the Aerosoft version later on when there's more disposable $$$.

well, for those of you that take the plunge, here is my first paintjob.

It is 19% VAT, and it's only included if you're in the European store. If you're in the US store, it's not added on.

Following Jan Kees brilliant paint .. I'm in for a TIGER meet :wavey:

Sounds good. Looking forward to the enhancements, Bjoern.:salute:
