VC is pretty much a WiP, very different from the E or D versions, and slightly more difficult to fly and navigate with, coming soon!

The early series of SLUF¨s sported an even more temperamental engine, while compressor stalls were not uncommon during cat shots, you gotta check that TOT gauge constantly!..
There is NO hud , just an "iron" sight (not modeled yet), it was a huge advancement in strike capabilities over the A-4, which it replaced on carrier decks.

The early series of SLUF´s handled the early years of the SEA conflict, with numerically small loses while providing all weather light strike capacity to the carrier air wing.
Coming soon..

Hi prowler,

Just a question about your A-7, does it use Mip-mapped 3-D gauges? I don't like Mip-Maps as they tend to blur when not looking directly at them. Great work :salute:

Decisions decisions.. to get the one with ancient steam gauges and HUD, or the one with the really ancient steam gauges and iron sights. Looking real good so far!

That looks great.

BTW, slightly OT, weren't you guys also working on a possible Rutan Ares for release some day? Or has that been shelved?

Shelved..ran into legal issues with Scales Composites, while Mr. Rutan had no problems..his company does.Apparently the ARES is used as a test bed for SC´s "black projects" i.e military projects and there were some issues regarding how much info you can get on systems and what you could put there..what was our imagination and what was real..at the end they politely closed the door at any attempt from us to simulate the aircraft...

Thanks for the update. It's a shame, but such is life. Looking forward to the TA-7s. :)
