Brings back a lot of memories! And of course, I still love the song. I have it on my iTouch.

This should be a "favorite road song" thread C9G. I tend to go a more country rock fashion, never cared much for metal or glam rock.

For driving songs I always liked anything by ZZ Top although I used to find there was a direct connection between the volume/liveliness of the song and the weight of my right foot! :icon_twi:

As for my personal driving music, I usually roll down the windows, crank the volume up a bit and press "Play" to drive around blasting this out the windows:

No disrespect intended but how you get a walk away into the sunset feeling like this

this is a damn fun road,

that'll do for three minutes.
then I thought about Six Days on the Road,
I like the Taj Mahal version
but, what I really wanted to hear was

(which, btw, is my wife's ringtone for me)

Sometimes, music is interpreted differently depending on who's listening to it, that's the beauty of it!
